The terms, in plain English
- Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. A 12-month plan is optional, and it waives the build fee.
- You own your content, logo and domain. Your domain is registered in your name and we manage it for you.
- We license the design and code for as long as you subscribe. The site runs on our platform, so it is switched off at the end of your notice period.
- When you leave, you get an export of your content (copy, images and a CMS export), and you keep your domain.
Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, security, uptime monitoring and 2 small changes a month, with support from real people. That's in every plan. Starter is R799 per month, Standard is R1 199 and Growth is R1 699.
What counts as a small change?
Small changes are quick edits to content that's already on your site. If you expect to make changes every week, the weekly changes add-on (R499 per month) is a better fit. We'll talk it through on your call.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
It's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you'd like to commit for 12 months, we waive the once-off build fee, which is R2 500, R4 500 or R7 500, depending on your plan.
What happens to my website and domain if I cancel?
Your site is switched off at the end of your notice period, because it runs on our platform. You get an export of your content, and you keep your domain, which is registered in your name. If you want to take the full site code with you, ask us about a once-off buyout.
Can I add things later, like bookings or a shop?
Yes. Add-ons such as booking (R199 per month), an online shop (R699 per month) and newsletter integration (R149 per month) are priced separately. We can also set up business email at R79 per month per mailbox.
Can I edit the site myself?
You can, with the content management add-on at R349 per month. Otherwise just send us your changes and we'll do them for you.
